How long will it take to get your order?
Indian Smokes offers USPS shipping options to all 50 States in the USA only. We do not ship to APO and FPO addresses.
Orders received by 3:00 PM Eastern Time are usually shipped within 2-4 Business Days. Items in stock are shipped the next Business Day. However, in order to keep our costs (and your prices) as low as possible, Indian Smokes maintains a limited inventory. Therefore, with many orders, we must obtain the cigarettes from our wholesaler, and your order will be shipped on the following (3rd) Business Day. Please note that the day we ship your order does not count as a day in transit.

In order to determine the applicable limits on purchases or taxing responsibilities, if any, imposed by your particular state, the consumer may want to contact your state authorities. We are not tax advisors to our customers. All Federal Excise taxes have been Paid, as required by law, before these products are shipped to us. To protect our customers accounts, eliminate fraud and keep our prices as low as possible,Indian Smokes reports any and all suspicious, obviously fraudulent CREDIT CARD activity to law enforcement agencies in the state & county of residence and New York state. We vigorously dispute all charge-backs and prosecute to the full extent of the law. SORRY, no sales to anyone under 18.

Can I send cartons back to you?
You may return any UNOPENED cartons for a refund minus the shipping and handeling charges.A refund may take up to 10 business days after we recieve your return.
A return must be approved by customer service with a RMA # before sending them back.
We may also charge a 20% restocking fee. Back to the top
What if a product is not in stock?
