Store Terms
You must be 18 years old to order from Indian Smokes. By entering Indian Smokes you lawfully ceritify that you are of legal age to buy tobacco products.
Our minimum order is 3 cartons.
UPS Ground is $1.50 per carton and Alaska/Hawaii orders are sent 2nd Day air at $3.00 per carton.
All products sold are for personal use only and not for resale.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders recieved by 3:00pm EST are shipped within 1-2 business days. Items that are in stock ship the next business day. However, in order to keep our costs (Your Prices) as low as possible, Indian Smokes maitains a limited inventory. Therefore, with many orders, we must obtain the freshest cigaretttes from our wholesaler the next business day, and your order will be shipped on the following business day. This way we provide you with the freshest product available to us.
Our Refund Policy
- If Indian Smokes sends you a wrong order we will pay for the shipping charges and replace the products.
- If for some reason you ordered the wrong product and would simply like to return or exchange it, you may do so. However, we will charge your account for the shipping charges. The exchange product may only be for like priced items within the same brand family. The product to be returned must not have been opened or have packs missing.
- All requests for exchange or refund must occur within two weeks of the original shipping date of the item to be exchanged. Simply send us a request by email. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
- In the event of a refund we will notify you via email once the credit has been processed.
- Refunds may only be issued to the same method of payment as the original purchase.
